Job Description

The User is accountable to manage day to day activities of Payment Posting or Demo & Charge or Correspondence or Charge Entry etc

Responsibility Areas:

Processing of Medical Data
Entering charges and posting payments in the software
Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
To work closely with the team leader.
To review emails for any updates
Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor

Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.
Should have 6 months to 3 Yrs of Payment Posting or Demo & Charge or Correspondence or Charge Entry
Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
Ensure targets are met on a daily / monthly basis
Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.

Applying the instructions/updates received from the client when doing the production.
Update their production count in SRP and Online score card.

Prepare and Maintain reports

When I worked at that company, the QC team member wasn’t supportive. He often discouraged people while evaluating our work performance. If we didn’t engage with him in the way he preferred, he would single us out. This negative environment eventually led me to leave the job.
