Position: Club Manager

Job Location: Ludhiana

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve service quality.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective pricing plans and membership drives.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Events) to create seamless experiences for members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field.
  
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven track record of excellent customer engagement skills.
  
• Strong leadership abilities with ability to motivate teams.
