The Person would be heading entire gamut of Human Resources such as HR Business Partnering and HR Operation along with Administration, Supervision, Performance Management, Employees Life Cycle management, HR Projects HR Analytics, HR Compliance, Employee Engagement etc for all the global Entities.

Preferred:

- Global Experience of Managing HRBP & Ops

- Must have experience in BPO/ IT Services/ Technology Services and Global Environment.
