Apply Gen AI tools in insight discovery and strategy development

Support development of strategic frameworks and methodologies

Monitor and analyse beauty industry trends
Generate consumer insights using AI tools
Develop beauty-specific applications of AI technology
Support strategic planning for beauty brands
Contribute to beauty marketing innovation
Project Execution:
Lead day-to-day strategic development
Collaborate with creative teams on AI implementation
Present strategic work to clients
Support senior strategists on larger initiatives

What you need to be great in this role:
4-7 years strategy experience in beauty or related sectors
