Payroll Management:-
Performing actions- Hiring, Transfers, promotions, resignations & dismissals of employees in the SAP. (PA40 action) and maintained the Info-types 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0007, 0009.
Creation of SAP IDs (PA40 action), updating of employee records into SAP, position creation, cost center assignment & global job linkage to respective positions.
Maintaining SAP database by regular amendments when required. (PA30 action)
Other actions like PA41 (used for change in start date of action);
Actions Major changes in businesses of an organization Overall 200+ transactions made in terms of Employee subgroup change, transfers, job code change, subarea(business) change, cost center change, personnel area change, etc
Reports production-Manpower report, Attrition report, Absenteeism, Working hours, headcount reports.
Maintained Employee personal data, Position ID, Job title, address, Planned working hours, Basic salary (Hourly/ weekly/ weekly wages/ Annual/ Pro-rata/ FTE), communications, Absence Quotas, Emergency contact details in SAP.
Prepare and process all transactional activities within existing and new HR practices, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service.
End to end Employee master data maintenance in SAP system and internal software.
Handling requests on Job data change, Leave, Attendance, Promotion, Resignation and Retirement.
Ensured zero ticket in SAP HCM bucket at end of the day.
Weekly calls and meeting with development specialists.
Ensured timely response and resolution of problems within the stipulated time.
Attended End user training to understand process on Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll.
Accountable for timely payroll processing. Actively performs the Pre-& Post payroll activities.
Sync from Bio Metric to SF to SAP HCM for automation.
Statutory compliances:
Handling all Inspections of Various Departments of inspectors of Factories 1948, Labor department & PF, & ESIC related works.
Implementing and monitoring the minimum Wages act of 1948, of all blue collars and white collars employees.
Handling all returns of Labor & Annual returns and LWF, PF & ESIC, Employment ER1 & 2 of Monthly, Half yearly & Yearly.
Auditing all contract Labors statutory registers like Muster Roll, Wages, PF Challans, Esic challans & returns, leave cards, Form 12 of Contractors etc,
Generating monthly online PF & ESI Challans as per ESI & PF Act.
