Job Description
- Utilize at least 4 years of experience in PRPC base product with hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series, and various frameworks.
- Apply hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for architecture definition.
- Work on database SQL programming to support application functionality.
- Implement BPM methodologies like SmartBPM and Scrum.
- Handle client-facing roles both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Participate in project estimation and planning activities.
- Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) and mobile frameworks.
- Experience with application server configurations and deployments in complex technical environments.
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CMBB (Certified Methodology Black Belt), or CBA (Certified Business Architect) certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage technical projects independently.
