Introduction:

Ojas Eye Hospital is one of India's leading eye care services organization based in Mumbai with two fully equipped eye hospitals in Bandra W and Kandivali. We have been providing high quality eye care treatment to our patients since 1987, and have helped over 500,000 patients receive world class vision correction and eye care treatment.

We are looking to on-board two full time consultant ophthalmologists into our team, one for each center. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience as a qualified ophthalmologist. Additional preference will be provided to candidates having strong communication and management skills.

Qualification:

• Post MD/MS/DNB
• Minimum 1 years of experience

• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Comfortable in using computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Enthusiastic and dynamic personality always eager to learn
• Multitask without compromising on quality of work

Job Description:

• Ability to perform Cataract procedures (Phaco) independently and efficiently
• Additional preference will be given to candidates possessing experience of LASIK and other ophthalmic procedures
• Patient counselling for Cataract, LASIK, and other procedures
• Utilize OJAS EYE HOSPITAL brand and enhance brand awareness by attracting new patients
• Assist Medical Director in OT when required
• Help conduct clinical research for Medical Director
