Procurement Expeditor - Import / Export

Role & responsibilities

• Handling of Orders
• Processing Orders as per guidelines and best of understanding for the requirements
• Coordinate with team for placing POs with most competitive domestic and international vendors
• Communicating with Vendors to ensure timely deliveries
• Negotiation with vendors
• Coordination for Quality Check and approvals
• Processing collections and deliveries with vendors
• Logistics Documentations for Import and Export of consignments
• Tracking consignments to ensure timely collection and deliveries

Preferred candidate profile

• English Language - Must be exceptional
• Logistics background
• Experience/knowledge of international industrial manufacturers
• Knowledge of Logistics, INCO Terms, Expediting, Documentations
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical equipment preferred
• Hardworking and ability to work to deadlines under pressure
• Ability to take own initiative
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Excellent Team Coordination
