Web Designer

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Web Designer & Framer Developer with expertise in Figma, Framer, and Webflow to join our creative team. This role involves designing user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and developing responsive websites. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Please note: This position requires working in US shifts. Apply only if comfortable with this schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

• Use Figma to design user interfaces (UI), wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to illustrate user journeys and interactions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather design requirements and translate them into visually engaging and intuitive designs.
• Maintain and develop design systems, including reusable components and styles in Figma.

Interactive Prototyping & Animation:

• Create advanced, interactive prototypes using Framer, incorporating animations, transitions, and dynamic content to simulate real-world user experiences.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop prototypes that showcase new features, services, or products.
• Develop high-quality micro-interactions and animations to enhance user engagement.

Web Design and Development:

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring mobile-first designs and smooth user interactions across devices.
• Build and maintain CMS-driven websites in Webflow, allowing for flexible content management by non-technical teams.
• Implement custom animations, interactions, and transitions in Webflow to create visually compelling web experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to implement the visual designs and ensure the accuracy of design specifications during development.
• Optimize website performance and ensure accessibility standards are met.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with product goals and business objectives.
• Communicate design and development progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Provide design feedback and guidance to junior designers, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.

Maintenance & Updates:

• Regularly update web content and designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and new trends.
• Optimize design files for efficiency and manage version control.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 3+ years designing and developing websites using Figma, Framer, and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web design standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Framer, and Webflow, including advanced features like animations, interactions, and integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or design systems in collaboration tools like Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot design and development challenges.
