About the Role

The role demands someone who is proactive, thorough, and has a strong bias for action. You’ll be working on high-impact projects that require excellent communication, smartness, and attention to detail. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting exceptional designs and delivering innovative visual solutions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Logo Design: Conceptualize and create unique and impactful logos that reflect the brand’s identity.
• PPT/Decks: Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate the message while maintaining brand consistency.
• Illustrations: Develop original illustrations that align with the brand's aesthetics and enhance visual communication.
• Graphics: Design eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print media.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Create and maintain cohesive branding materials, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (logos, colour schemes, typography, etc.).
• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging social media visuals that align with brand identity and drive audience engagement.
• Social Media Ads: Create compelling ad creatives optimized for different platforms to enhance brand reach and performance.
• Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other promotional materials that effectively represent the brand’s message.
• Website & UI Graphics: Design UI assets such as banners, hero images, and icons for websites and apps to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
• Infographics: Develop data-driven, visually engaging infographics that simplify complex information and enhance audience understanding.
• Motion Graphics: Create animated visuals, GIFs, and short videos to elevate social media engagement, storytelling, and brand messaging.
• Email Graphics: Design visually appealing email templates, banners, and promotional images that align with marketing campaigns.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
