Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description Officer R&D (RM development and Instrument techniques) for R&D Lab.

Key Accountabilities & Outcomes

Location: Gargi Huttenes Albertus Pvt Ltd, R&D Lab at Nerul.

No. of Vacancies: 1

Qualifications: first class B.Tech./M.Tech in CERAMICS from Institute of repute.

Experience: Min 5 + years in Industry.

Position reports to Manager R&D / Team Leader.

Compensation: As per the qualifications and experience.

Age: 25 35 years

Experience in

1. Min 5+ yrs. experience in R&D of (CERAMICs / REFRACTORY / Minerals / Sanitaryware industry)

2. Experience in Minerals, ceramics and refractory development.

3. Testing and characterization of products using appropriate analytical techniques & instruments. (Such as XRF, XRD, PSA…).

4. RM testing such as minerals, ceramics, refractory material, special additives.

5. Support R&D to execute and coordinate for innovation projects related to new RM and alternatives.

6. Testing of raw material samples.

7. Test method Development for Refractory/ Minerals.

8. To help in trouble shooting with QC team.

• To coordinate with HoDs, Quality & production
• Providing R&D support,

Qualification

M Sc. / M. Tech / Ph.D. in Paint & coating with first class and from Institute of repute.

Experience

• Experience of 5 + years comparable work experience in developed R&D lab.
• Preference industries CERAMICS, REFRACTORY, Sanitaryware…

Technical/Functional Expertise

• Expertise in Ceramics, Refractories, Sanitaryware used in paints/coatings.
• Advanced Ceramic / Refractory testing procedures/RM testing/new product trials, lab trials.
• Software MS Office,

• Excellent Communication skills written/spoken. Excellent soft skills.
• Confidence, self-drive, Initiative, Sense of urgency, focus and priority, teamwork, open communication, accountability, collaboration.
