Officer To Sr. Officer - F&D

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formulation and Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and formulation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing technical expertise to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations and exposure to EU and WHO markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulation Development:
• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for oral solid dosage forms (OSD) to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Design and execute formulation development experiments, including stability studies and analytical method development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU and WHO guidelines, for pharmaceutical product development and registration.
• Prepare and review regulatory documents, including formulation development reports and registration dossiers.
3. Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams on formulation development, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory updates.
4. Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

1. Education:
• Master's degree in Pharmacy
2. Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with a focus on OSD formulations.
• Experience working with EU and WHO markets, including regulatory compliance and registration.
3. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development, including OSD formulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
