2. Greet visitors, students, and parents and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing necessary information or forwarding inquiries to relevant staff. Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, contact information, and other essential data. Prepare and distribute school-related communications, such as memos, notices, and newsletters. Assist with managing student enrollment, withdrawals, and other administrative paperwork. Handle basic financial tasks such as processing payments or helping with school store transactions." Assist teachers and staff with various office-related tasks (e.g., photocopying, filing, organizing materials). Schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars for school staff and administrators. Help maintain office supplies and order new items when necessary. Ensure the office area is organized and presentable.
