Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Software Support Specialist to provide expert-level support to customers using our financial software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure smooth software operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and functional support for financial software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Guide users on best practices and assist with system configurations.

Collaborate with product and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.

Assist with training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in financial software support, customer service, or a finance-related role.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting software, and regulatory frameworks.

Technical aptitude with experience in ERP, financial management systems, or SaaS-based finance tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
