Execute day-to-day bank payment activities, including processing payments, transfers, and disbursements accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for liaison with banks, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate remittance payments for domestic and international transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain records of all banking transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
Provide support and training to internal teams on banking procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in banking operations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Prepare reports and analysis on banking activities for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of one or two years of experience in banking operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in Net Banking and systems, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of managing bank transactions and remittance payments accurately and efficiently.
