Responsibilities:
Manpower Sourcing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across diverse channels (job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, etc. )
- Utilize advanced search techniques and Boolean operators to find the best talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Participate in industry events and actively network to build a strong talent pool.
Candidate Selection:
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist the most qualified candidates for client interviews based on job requirements.
- Manage and maintain a robust candidate database.
Client Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Schedule candidate interviews at client sites and ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the recruitment process.
Meeting Shortfalls:
- Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.
- Develop contingency plans to close shortfalls within stipulated timelines.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding of shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinat with relevant departments to ensure a positive new joiner experience.
