Job Title: Business Development Executive - Freelancer (Upwork Specialist)
Experience: 4+ Years
Job Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Responsibilities:
- Submit a complete bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Initial discussion with client and setup meeting
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for leveraging Upwork for securing new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with Upwork platform trends and algorithms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of bidding on Upwork
- Should have acquired projects based on React Native, Laravel, MERN Stack etc.
- Should be available during weekends ( Friday,Saturday and Sunday)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
