Assistant Manager Procurement

Role & responsibilities

• Analysing procurement data, conducting spend analysis, identifying areas of cost saving, and substitute study to achieve cost saving.
• Assist/guide in price, terms, and conditions negotiation and renegotiation
• Responsible for implementing supply chain process changes and identifying new vendors/suppliers without affecting quality and service delivery. • Monitoring industry trends for department developments
• Overall Control of Procurement activities. • Control and supervise the bidding process. • Procurement 5R (quality, quantity, pricing, location, and time)
• On-time completion of Purchasing activities. • Projects MIS Reporting Weekly/Monthly

Preferred candidate profile

6-8 year's experience in indirect/general procurement (procurement of services/office supplies/furniture& fixtures/setting up the entire office space). Candidates having experience in technical/direct procurement please do not apply.

Hands on experience in preparing SOP's/ processes

Good communication skills and should have handled vendor evaluation process
