We Are Hiring | #ChiefMarketingOfficer EPC | Civil Construction Industry
Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a background in EPC or contracting and experience in marketing agencies? We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing, branding, and communication strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in civil contracting firms, with measurable experience in the EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:
   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and communication strategies across physical and digital platforms.
2. Product Development:
   Design EPC products across diverse asset classes and align them with market-driven strategies.
3. Leadership:
   Provide end-to-end leadership in the execution of physical and digital marketing strategies.
4. Pricing & Positioning:
   Lead efforts in pricing models and market positioning of various EPC or real estate asset classes.
5. Brand Management:
   Standardize brand communications and develop integrated marketing campaigns to elevate brand value.
6. Customer Engagement:
   Enhance frameworks and customer experience initiatives across all touchpoints.
7. Brand Architecture:
   Define the brand and marketing structure, overseeing communication frameworks and product messaging.
8. Strategic Planning:
   Collaborate with leadership to build and execute strategic plans for different business verticals aligned with Annual Operating Plans.
9. Communication Strategy:
   Create compelling internal and external communication plans, informed by market trends and brand positioning.
10. Media Relations & PR:
    Foster strong media relationships and lead PR efforts to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 20+ years in marketing, branding, and communication strategy
• 1015 years in ATL/BTL activities
• 10–15 years in the EPC / civil contracting Mandatory
• Prior agency experience is a plus, especially if combined with strong experience in real estate and contracting firms
• Education:
• MBA in Marketing or related discipline (Preferred)
• Skills:
• Visionary leadership and team management
• Strategic thinker with hands-on marketing execution
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
