Position: Field Recruiter
Job Summary:

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring quality candidates for various positions within our organization, with a focus on roles in server and guest relations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for finding the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates for server and guest relations executive positions through job fairs, local networking events, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the roles.
• Work closely department heads to understand the specific needs for each open position.
• Actively pitch the roles of Server and Guest Relations Executive to potential candidates, showcasing company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize creative marketing strategies to advertise roles, including social media posts, local outreach, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the recruitment process and provide regular updates to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the company.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
