Senior Business Development Associate_Kannada

What will you be doing?

• Acting as a mentor and guide for potential learners, offering career advice, and providing a sense of how NIAT can accelerate their careers.
• Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of NIAT Programs.
• Conducting demos and Direct interactions every day to guide & onboard potential learners to start their software careers.
• Increasing the number of onboardings or candidates interested in onboarding by understanding their core concerns and addressing them during interactions.
• Providing feedback to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo/live interactions.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing feedback
  to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo.

• An individual with excellent Kannada & English communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate spontaneity and quick decision-making skills during 1 many demos/live interactions to ensure a smooth flow.

• Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects. People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
• People with a systematic approach to tracking feedback, prioritising tasks,
• Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times
• Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
• To ensure a smooth flow and presentation during demos/live interactions, it is necessary to have a laptop with optimal configuration for video calling.

Languages Known:

• Native speaker of kannada
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage
