Job Description
- Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React, and Node.js to join our dynamic team. As the lead developer, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure web applications. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.
- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Back-End Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and Node.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Front-End Development:
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery
- DevOps and Deployment:
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure the security and reliability of applications in production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with QA teams to implement robust testing frameworks.
- Coordinate with database administrators to design and optimize data models.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python (e.g., Django, Flask) and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong experience with React.js
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
