Skills Required

• Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners
• Able to deliver 4-6 hours of recorded sessions in total per week
• Openness for iterations and feedback
• Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery
• Being thorough with all the standard practices and guidelines
• Need not prepare teaching material. Everything will be provided
• Timings are flexible. No fixed times
  
  

Requirements

• Native fluency in Tamil
• Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in DSA and expertise in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C, or C++)
• Good-to-Have Skills: Additional programming knowledge and prior mentoring or teaching experience
• Good communication skills
• Working in top product companies in the field of software development
• High empathy and a natural storyteller
• Interest in learning new technologies and a passion for teaching
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant or trainer will be an advantage
