Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly MIS report for Founders, Investors & Other Stakeholders
2. Prepare Cost Sheet for all the department in the organisation and monitor the KPIs achieved by them
3. Prepare Annual Budget which shall be aligning with business units to ensure accurate projections.
4. Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and industry benchmarks to provide strategic insights to senior management
5. Track and analyse program-level profitability, assessing customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates to inform pricing and marketing strategies
6. Adhoc tasks related to analysis and founders requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate (Finance, Accounting, or a related field), MBA Finance, CA Inter or other finance-related certification are a plus
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A, ideally within the EdTech, technology, or education services industry
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) and financial reporting software is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
