Job Title: Program Registration Expert (PRE)
Department: Sales
Location: Hyderabad

Working days : 6 days a week

Language : Telugu, Kannada (Both Required)

Job Summary:

As a Program Registration Expert (PRE), you will be responsible for guiding parents and learners through the Digital Loan / EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) process, ensuring smooth course access. You will effectively communicate the value of the CCBP 4.0 Academy programs, offer transparent explanations about the different fee structures, and oversee the timely completion of the course fee setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convey Program Value: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the CCBP 4.0 Academy programs to potential learners and their parents, helping them make informed decisions.
2. Transparent Fee Structure Explanation: Provide clear and concise information regarding the various fee structures and payment options available for the academy’s programs.
3. EMI/ Digital Loan Process Guidance: Assist parents and learners with the digital loan process, ensuring a seamless and clear path to course registration and access.
4. Timely Fee Setup Completion: Ensure that the course fee process setup, including any Loan agreements, is completed in a timely manner, enabling students to access the courses without delay.
5. Customer Support: Address any queries or concerns related to program registration, fees, or EMI options promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English .
• Ability to explain complex processes (e.g: EMI, NBFCs) in simple, understandable terms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with online payment systems and educational platforms.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally in an educational setting is an Add on.
