Position : Techno Functional Consultant.

Experience : 3- 8 years.

Location : Indore (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide in-depth understanding and support for ERP/SAP products and software.

- Lead customer engineering teams, managing resources and motivating team members to achieve project goals.

- Collaborate with various departments to implement and support ERP/SAP modules including Store, Purchase, Plant, Production, PM (Plant Maintenance), Payroll,Inventory, and Planning & Estimation.

- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for ERP/SAP systems.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities.

- Ensure timely delivery and implementation of ERP/SAP solutions, meeting the specific requirements of clients.

- Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest industry trends and ERP/SAP developments.

Key Skills :

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient knowledge in at least one of the following ERP/SAP modules: Store, Purchase,.Plant, Production, PM, Payroll, Inventory, Planning & Estimation.

- Strong understanding of ERP/SAP products and software technical support.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.

- Proven experience in leading customer engineering teams and managing resources.

- Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
