Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from reputed institute with Design/Structures as specialization with Good fundamentals in Strength of materials, Applied mechanics and Finite element methods
5-10 years of experience with FEA tools like ANSYS (Mechanical), Hypermesh, Nastran etc.
Demonstrated expertise in Structural Mechanics, Structural Dynamics & FEA theoretical fundamentals with ability to simulate complex linear and nonlinear structure problems.
Proficiency in Developing linear and non-linear FEA models, conduct vibration and seismic analysis for structural integrity of the products
Adept at parallel computations, parametric modeling, and design optimization, automation script writing techniques to maximize efficiency and performance.
Ability to recommend design modifications to meet acceptance criteria based on analysis results, manufacturing and packaging constraints.
To explore new methods for improving Test data Vs Simulation correlations.
5+ years of experience utilizing SolidWorks or similar CAD software for modeling HVAC and refrigeration components and systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
