Nursing Supervisor (Female Only)

Job Requirements

Qualification: GNM/ B.Sc. Nursing and Must be registered with Delhi Nursing Council.

• 12-15 years experience with NABH accredited hospital will be preferred.
• Person with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of nursing services in the OT & IPD, nursing education and professional development.
• Daily Facility round to ensure all CSSD , HIC practices & protocols are followed.
• Ensure effective utilization of OT and staff management
• Ensure upkeepment & maintenance of OT equipment
• Should be Collaborative with Hospital administration, colleagues, doctors, and other health care personnel.
• Maintain & supervise all necessary documentation as per NABH standards and ensure quality patient care.
• Exercise empathy and a compassionate attitude while maintaining the professional integrity, honesty and high ethical standards
• Should be well groomed, punctual & adhering to the hospital's policies and practices and work as an effective team member
