Responsibilities:

• Lead customer acquisition and engagement team for Software Product Engineering Services for AI and Cloud.
• Tech Savvy: Leverages genAI and associated technologies for high efficiency and productivity in Sales cycle.
• Identify key growth areas, emerging markets, and potential clients.
• Lead marketing initiatives in alignment with customer acquisition strategy
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable deals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in business development with a strong focus on IT solutions and services in USA, EU regions.
• Strong understanding of IT services, including SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud. Extensive network within the IT industry and experience engaging with CEOs, Owners, CXOs, IT Heads, and other decision-makers.
• Experience in customer support and managing large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, Contact Data Tools, AI Tools.
