oMaintain DevOps practices and tools to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of Datacap applications.
oProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Datacap-related issues, collaborating with IT teams and vendors as needed.
oSupport change management activities to facilitate the adoption of Datacap and ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
oStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document capture and management technologies.
oProvide support for FileNet Capture during transition
oUser Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and conducting training sessions to improve user proficiency.
oConfiguration Management: Manage and document all configurations and changes to the FileNet Capture system to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
oIncident Management: Quickly respond to and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of business operations.
oSystem Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications, troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues.
