  • Shift Timings : Night Shift ( 17:30pm IST to 2:30am IST - fixed )

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our US eLearning Lead Generation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. This role involves setting up high-quality sales meetings with corporate clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities for our business development team.


A) Qualifications and Experience :

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a BPO, call centre, or sales environment, with exposure to US markets preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, persuasion and Selling skills, with a focus on cold calling and email outreach.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and CRM like HubSpot tools. ❖ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in US hours and adapt to cultural nuances in client interactions.

B)Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to US corporate clients to identify potential opportunities for eLearning solutions.
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospective clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and generate meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings with prospective clients for the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.
