We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion UK Payroll Functional Consultant with over 5 years of experience and a background in B.Tech. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll for the UK, a strong functional consulting background, and the ability to deliver payroll solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with UK payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

      •     Analyze and understand client requirements to design efficient payroll solutions using Oracle Fusion UK Payroll.

      •     Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Payroll modules to align with business needs and statutory requirements.

      •     Provide functional expertise on UK payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and other statutory compliance requirements.

      •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration with other modules such as HCM and Finance.

      •     Conduct fit-gap analysis, document functional requirements, and create solution design documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

      •     Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech).

      •     Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, with a strong focus on UK payroll implementations and configurations.
