Position's General Duties and Tasks*

• Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
• Receive inbound calls from the providers and ensure that queries are resolved in effective manner.

Requirements:

• Should have at least a year of experience in Customer Service.
• Should be a Graduate.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English language in both verbal and written forms.
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday (US Shifts).
