Job Description
- Functional and Technical Expertise :
- Deliver functional and technical support for SAP FICO, including configuration and customization for modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
- Develop SAP solutions and Proof of Value (POV) using S/4HANA 1909.
- Conduct workshops with internal business customers to understand requirements, define solutions, and manage project scope and expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams on scoping, solution building, testing, documentation, and implementation.
- Create functional specifications for custom ABAP developments and guide the technical team in delivering those solutions.
- Design and implement SAP FICO integration with other modules, including PP, QM, MM, and SD, with a deep understanding of master data.
- Provide governance over system design and configuration, addressing defects, solving end-user issues, and answering module-related queries.
- Monitor and maintain the SAP production environment to ensure stability and performance.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing by building test cases, executing tests, and making configuration or process adjustments as needed.
- Develop user support documentation and deliver training to end-users to ensure the proper use of the SAP system.
- Guide business users on optimizing system functionality to meet organizational needs.
- Lead and contribute to multiple major SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and the New General Ledger.
- Hands-on configuration expertise in key SAP FICO modules.
- Strong understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, SD).
- Practical experience in designing and configuring solutions on S/4HANA.
- Experience with various tax procedures and bank integration solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to define system strategies, create prototypes, and provide functional specifications for custom developments.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale SAP implementation projects from inception to go-live.
