1.Managing end to end recruitment and exit management for factory staff and workers 2.Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees 3.Coordinating yearly, Half yearly appraisals, confirmations, increments 4.Coordinating training programs, maintaining updating training records 5.Conducting employee engagement activities on monthly, quarterly basis 6.Ensuring timely execution of factory administrative activities, labour management, factory liasoing work 7.cordinating ensuring timely execution of 5 S, safety process etc
