Lead - Designer & Marketing Communications

Role & responsibilities

Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing communications campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media).
• Help coordinate MCM tools, campaign timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Support the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Also Assist in drafting press releases, media kits and other PR-related materials.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clear messaging, consistent tone and adherence to brand guidelines.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

• Collaborate with the team to create social media calendars and assist in managing online content.

Internal & External Communications:

• Help prepare materials for internal/external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all touchpoints. Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure smooth communication across departments.

Event Support:

• Provide support in organizing promotional events, product launches or webinars, ensuring all marketing materials are timely prepared.

Research & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
