Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Tasks:

Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates.
Manage HR-related paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Handle employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks.
Track recruitment metrics.
Onboarding and Training:
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and introductions to team members.
Facilitate employee training programs.
Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.
Payroll Processing Assistance:
Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
Ensure timely submission of payroll information.
Address employee payroll inquiries.Strong communication and organizational skills, Proficiency in MS Office and Recruitment support
