Job Description
Qualification - Pursuing CA. Must have cleared CA inter(both groups).
- We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our organization as an Finance Trainee. This position is specifically designed for individuals pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
- As a CA- Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and related areas.
- This role will provide you with valuable insights into the profession and help you develop essential skills for a successful career as a Chartered Accountant.
- Assist in conducting financial audits and examinations of the companys financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in the review and analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper recording and classification of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other relevant taxes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal control procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Support the analysis of financial performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios.
- Conduct research and analysis on relevant accounting and taxation topics to stay updated with regulatory changes.
- Assist in special projects and assignments as required, including process improvement initiatives.
Desired Attributes:
- Having previous experience will be beneficial.
- Must possess a Bachelors of Commerce Hons degree with minimum 55% marks
- Knowledge about Internal Audit,MIS,GST, IT and TDS is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of financial accounting principles and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Tenure - S/he must be available for minimum 1 year.
