Role & responsibilities

• Assess Business Needs: Analyze company workflows and processes to determine ERP requirements.
• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and configure customized ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ERP applications with existing IT infrastructure.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support.
• Performance Testing: Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to enhance system performance.
• Documentation: Document ERP processes, system changes, and updates for future reference.
• Stay Updated: Keep informed of the latest ERP developments and technology trends.
• Collaboration: Work with software developers and other IT professionals to update and upgrade ERP systems12.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
• Certifications: ERP certifications such as SAP ERP Business Process Integration or Oracles SaaS ERP are advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
