Job Description

As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will: Provide channel excellence support for HCP Portal, HCE webinars, emails, and marketing automation. Independently drive meetings and events of various sizes, showcasing strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Design and launch professional newsletters with copywriting skills. Proactively learn new platforms and upskill as needed, including interest or experience in HCP communication platforms such as HCP Portal, HCE webinars, emails, WhatsApp, and marketing automation. Collaborate internationally and across diverse teams from various geographies and therapy areas.

Demonstrate high proficiency with PPT storyboarding, SharePoint, MS Excel, e-mail marketing, Veeva Promomats, Web Analytics, Portal Optimization Tools, and interest or skills in AI technology.

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess: A master s degree in business or equivalent.

2 to 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of multichannel Customer Engagement and a wider understanding of business.

Consulting experience is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices. Awareness of Novo Nordisks organisational setup, products, and competition. Flexibility to travel internationally for driving strategies across various regions.
