Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using JavaScript (Node.js)
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on Azure Cloud.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage.
• Integrate Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, and Storage into backend applications
• Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL for seamless data communication
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment on Azure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless application functionality.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues effectively

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in JavaScript (Node.js) for backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services (Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, CosmosDB, etc.).
• Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
• Proficiency in using CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment.
