Senior Specialist IT OPS Manufacturing

Major Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain technical solutions (focusing on analytical datasets from various data sources), ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize SQL to manage, query, analyze and report data related to various IT projects.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to gather requirements to implement the enhancements as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of IT solutions, identifying and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to IT solutions including its validation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL development and database management.

Work Experience :

• Strong experience in configuring and enhancing technical solutions related to evaluation of manufacturing process monitoring in near real time for Novartis.
• Experience in developing integration pattern for data aggregation from various data sources
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing IT projects.
• Experience with project and IT Business management tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project or Jira.

Skills :

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles including validation.
• Exposure to Cloud data platform such as Snowflakes and manufacturing systems like MES.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI.
