Magento Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Magento Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 development and be passionate about creating exceptional eCommerce solutions. As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining eCommerce websites using Magento technology. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven eCommerce solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain eCommerce websites using Magento 2 platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
• Design and implement custom Magento themes and extensions.
• Customize and extend Magento's core functionality to meet project requirements.
• Optimize website performance and ensure scalability.
• Integrate third-party modules, extensions, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of Magento's architecture, components, and development best practices.
• Experience with Magento 2 customization, theming, and extension development.
• Knowledge of Magento Cloud and PWA (Progressive Web App) development is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
