Digital Analytics Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Analytics Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead our team and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and managing comprehensive analytics solutions.

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of digital analytics professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• End-to-End Analytics: Implement and manage analytics solutions across web and app platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, from initial engagement to proposal creation and pitching analytics services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with paid media, social media, SEO, and technology teams to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to enhance UI/UX, optimize user journeys, and analyze session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and other relevant data sources.
• Dashboard Collaboration: Work with the dashboarding team to create and implement comprehensive analytics, media, and SEO dashboards, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Senior Digital Analytics Analyst or a similar role.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is preferred.
• MBA is a plus point but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in web app analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), CRO tools (VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), data ETL cloud platforms (Google BigQuery, GCP, Supermetrics), CMPs privacy compliance tools, CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot), and reporting and visualization tools (Looker Studio).
• Excellent understanding of data-driven marketing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
