Role & responsibilities

• Smooth Operations of the Banking Policies and internal Processes
• Maintain Proper Payments -NEFT, RTGS, CHEQUE
• Timely Updating of Bank Registers and Database
• Submission of Stock Statement to Bank on Monthly Basis
• Payment Receipt updating in Database.
• Proper Liaoning with the Bank
• Proactive and 100% error free Reconciliation of Vendor and Supplier Accounts on Monthly basis
• Managing Good Vendor and Customer Relationship
• Accurate and timely reporting to Management on Daily basis
• Liaise with Financial manager and Accounting manager to improve financial procedures
