Hiring For Area Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Masons, Contractor & Architects
• Updating daily leads reports and converting customers through influencer's support
• Achieving assigned targets of Value added products
• Handing Walk-in customers at the Dealer Counter
• Improve sales closures by coordinating with other departments/Teams of CSE
• Generate Leads from the market/ online portals
• Identify potential customers and Fix the appointment to represent our Product
• Relationship Building with Dealers and visiting them regularly.
• Work like bridge between Dealers and Architects, Contractor, Builder & Masons.
• Maintain 100% Brand visibility at dealer shops (Boards, wall and shop painting, literature)
• Create and send weekly /monthly accurate reports
• Personally visit to all influencers and through phone calls
• Periodically offering Schemes to influencers to Activate New Influencers
• Regular visits /Interactions with old/New Influencers and submit feedback reports to sales coordinators
• Perform PPA Activities as per the Plan
• Coordinate with the CSE and execute the scheduled meeting plan.
• All arrangements to be done related to the Promotional activity
• Responsible for conducting the mason, consumer and engineers meet.

Actively engage with all initiatives implemented by Head Unit.
