Job Description
- Department Head Heading the finance and account department and reporting to Board of Directors.
- Strategic Financial Planning Develop and Implement financial strategy with company goals.
- Account Management Manage and control all financial aspect including Balance sheet, FP&A, MIS, Taxation, Compliances, Audit, Working capital. Manage and arrange bank funds for working capital management
- Budgeting/Budgetary Control Budget preparation, Budget Actual Performance vs Budgeted
- Statutory Compliance Compliance under various corporate and Fiscal laws, Statutes, Enactments
- Audit Facilitation Ensuring smooth conduct of various audits
- Taxation Responsible for handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, Tax Planning and related matters
Candidate Requirement
- CA with minimum 15-20 years of work experience with minimum 5 years in AGM level.
- Experienced in service sector, preference for Logistics background having managed Multi branch and Multi company.
- Should be able to collaborate with functional department
- Lead and mentor finance team
- Identify and mitigate financial risk
