Key Skill:
1. Sound Knowledge of CI & SG casting Design and Validation of design
2. Understanding of Foundry Quality process.
3. Understanding of Foundry Pattern Shop
4. Sound knowledge of Gating System
5. Sound knowledge on metal property
6. Understanding of Magma analysis/ Material flow analysis
7. Experience in Methoding, tooling & designing of tools
8. Strong Knowledge about casting process and quality requirements.
9. Strong analytical skills to understand customer specifications and drawings.
10. Sound communication skill to interact with customer for developmental activities.
11. Knowledge on APQP & PPAP process
