Key Responsibilities:

• As a .NET Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural vision and strategy of our .NET-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core) and related frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Manage AWS EC2 instance maintenance.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Entity Framework) and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, architects, and QA engineers in .NET application development.
• Oversee IT projects, monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with data analysts to ensure data models meet analytical needs and support reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• Work closely with .NET engineers to design efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data integration from various sources.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for the IT team.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the use of the latest .NET technologies, best practices, and design patterns.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and deployment.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, version control, and testing methodologies.
• Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Establish and manage processes for software testing and quality assurance to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of system architecture, code, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality control processes.
