Role & Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for trade booking covering the Equity Finance trading desk in HK, across all AEJ markets, for listed and OTC products.
- Secondary responsibility as trading desk support covering a range of daily tasks, including brokerage analysis, PNL flash, and reconciliation.
- Liaison with product control and middle office on handling issues around trade bookings
- Project management for the desk s infrastructure developments.
- Work closely with clients, trading counterparties and brokers to ensure trades are booked accurately and on time, following booking rules for our various booking entities.

- Basic understanding of trade booking for main delta one products: listed products, swaps, stock lending and borrowing, FX.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar function at the mimimum
- Accuracy, Time management, Multi-tasking, inter-personal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel VBA, PowerPoint);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
- The ability to perform effectively in a team environment;
- High personal and professional standards;
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations;
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork;
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
- Strong programming skills
- Comfort with technology to the extent of helping manage / design automation infrastructure
